President Barack Obama has opened the door to additional changes to the nation's health care reform law.
Last week, the president and the chairman of the White House's Council of Economic Advisers signaled a new willingness to modify the reform law.
President Obama used his State of the Union address to say that he is willing to consider changes. Directing his remarks at congressional Republicans, the president said he was "eager" to work with legislators to improve the law to make health care better and more affordable.
"Let's fix what needs fixing," President Obama said.
